Payment and Cancellation Policy
Please Note: Payment can only be made during registration via online credit card (Visa or MasterCard).
In case of cancellation, provided that VDMA Services has received written notice about it 40 days before the event, the participation fee will be refunded less a handling fee of € 90. In case of cancellation after this date, no refund will be made, a substitute participant is possible.

Accommodation
We have arranged prebookings at the conference venue Steigenberger Icon Frankfurter Hof. Rooms can be booked until May 1, 2026.
Superior Single Room: €232 including breakfast, incl. 19% VAT & city tax.
Superior Double Room: €242 including breakfast, incl. 19% VAT & city tax.
